Spirituality in the workplace is increasingly accepted and encouraged. The limit that companies often set is that of religion. The employee who personally invests himself in his work and the company's activity can bring his spirituality to work insofar as it is not religious. How can this phenomenon be explained? What meaning can we give it? What are the stakes for employees, companies and performance? This contribution aims to provide answers to these questions based on an analysis of the literature on spirituality and religion at work.
