Zhoushan has been one of the Pilot Free Trade Zones in China and plays an important role in trade and economic linkages between China and other countries. It is feasible to make the marine cultural and creative industry into the first pillar industry of Zhoushan. Therefore, it can be the highlight of marine cultural and creative industries in China even the top marine cultural and creative city around the world. The methodology used in this paper is primary in nature and data has been collected with the help of a questionnaire. We use questionnaires to analyze the current situation and development of marine cultural creative products in foreign-related exhibition of Zhoushan. Sequentially, the suggestion can benefit our city and marine cultural creative industries.
