In order to explore the training ways of compound skilled talents of planting, breeding and tourism in higher vocational colleges, to promote the regional economic development of traditional Chinese medicine health care. Based on the analysis of the demand for talents in small towns with traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving characteristics, this paper determines the training objectives and analyzes the problems existing in the training. taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example, starting with the core elements of personnel training such as curriculum system, practical teaching base and teaching team, this paper explores the training path of compound technical skills talents in higher vocational colleges.
