Abstract

We derived and compared some iterative methods used in solving second degree nonlinear equations such as Muller, Chebyshev and Multi-Point Methods. We used equations from already published sources and simultaneously applied all three methods to provide the approximate solution of the equations which are second degree nonlinear equations. The results are presented side by side in tabular form to establish the rate of convergence and the root of the equations.
