Abstract

Synthesized ferroceramic material based on barium titanate melted in a solar furnace. A non monotonic character of the influence of doping of barium titan ate with iron oxide Fe2O3, which consists in an increase in the dielectric constant of BaTiO3, is revealed. The optimum concentration of dodium oxide doping - 6 mole%, is determined, beyond which saturation of the curves of the dependences of the dielectric properties of barium titanate is observed.
