Abstract
Polymerase Chain Reaction is a common molecular biology technique for amplifying a specific sequence of De-oxyrhibose nuclic acid molecule for sequencing or detection purposes. PCR is a cyclical reaction in which the number of DNA molecules of interest is doubled with each repeat of the reaction.
