Abstract

A tests was conducted to examine the weight loss and storage life of pomegranate fruit cv. "Bhagwa" at 'Agricultural Research Laboratory', Ecofrost Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pune, Maharashtra inside cold room. Weight loss was recorded inside cold room (7°C and 95% RH) as 2.63% and 7.59% after days 22 and 30 respectively used CFB box packaging with cushioning material as paper shreds. Post-storage life was recorded 3 days and 2 days after 22 and 30 days respectively at room temperature after taken out from cold room. Shelf life was recorded to be 6 days.
