Abstract

Financial firms disclose a great deal of information on their websites to help individuals to take investment decisions. This article examines whether the actual usage of financial websites and the intention to use the websites are influenced by the factors like perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the websites. Modified Technology Acceptance Model was used to specify the causal linkages between the key constructs: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavioural intention to use and actual usage. Data analysis is done using structural equation modelling
